PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although 90% of the website items are usually in stock, not all items in our inventory (especially original antiques) are available on a will-call or next day basis. Please call ahead 209-728-2031 to make sure the item in which you are interested is still available. Sinks, high and low tank toilets, leg kits, and many other items are assembled, and water tested at time of order. These should not necessarily be considered immediately available.

Additionally, some items are shipped factory direct.

Scheduling Your Plumber –We cannot guarantee exactly when your items will be delivered. Please wait until you receive and determine your order is complete before scheduling your plumber. We are not responsible for incomplete/back orders that may require you to reschedule your plumber. If you are in need of an ETA, please call us and we will do our best to give you a ROUGH date of delivery.

ORDERING

For your convenience, you may order by any of the following methods

  1. deabath.com – Our secure online shopping cart. Please double check your online order for accuracy as we are only responsible for getting your order to the address provided. We require a street address for UPS delivery. USPS orders can ship to PO boxes. If you choose UPS at checkout and have a PO Box for the delivery address, there will be a delay in your order or it may not come at all. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex

Your order is filled and inspected for accuracy before shipping. Please make sure you open and inspect your order thoroughly to locate all pieces upon receipt. Some pieces may be inside other boxes, so it is important to go through the packaging carefully. Any claims of missing parts after 7 days of delivery will not be honored.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping is done through UPS or USPS.  Shipping rates are direct from UPS or USPS published rates. Sorry, we cannot guarantee freight rates or delivery times.

Expedited shipments (3 day, 2 day or overnight) may be an option to your location. Costs are provided through the online shopping cart when you order or you can contact us at 209-728-2031 for a quote before placing your order. We will require the delivery address in order to provide a quote. Selecting an expedited shipment option only ensures that your order will be sent by the faster method, when it is ready to ship. Some orders may take longer to ship due to shop work or back-orders.

Additional crating/foam/shipping charges may apply on oversize items/original antiques.

Delivery information provided on the online shopping cart is estimated only. Every effort is made to get your order to you quickly, but we (or UPS) cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Freight calculations provided on our shopping cart are valid for orders shipped to destinations with the 48 United States and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipping out of the country (48 states) may be subject to additional taxes/tariffs, etc. and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please call for information about international orders.

Truck Freight: Large items such as tubs, cast iron sinks, etc. must be crated/shipped via truck carrier. A crating charge will be provided to you prior to processing your order. Freight quotes are available upon request. Please advise if delivery will be to a residential or commercial address, and if a forklift (if needed) is available. Please note these deliveries are to the curbside only.

Crating charges are as follows:  Cast iron tubs, $250.  Cast iron Pedestal sinks, $100.  Other Cast iron sinks, $50

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

CHECK YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY ! Every effort is made to make sure your order is complete and securely packaged when it leaves our facility. Once it leaves our location, it becomes the responsibility of the transport company and receiving party. It is imperative that your order is opened and inspected for acceptable condition within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. After that time frame, we cannot be responsible for damaged or missing items. Check your shipment before the delivery truck leaves and before signing for it.

RETURNS

Return Policy: If not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 60 days to our location for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping). We may take your item in return after 60 days, however a 25% restock charge will apply. No returns after six (6) months.

Call 209-728-2031 or e-mail us at returns@deabath.com for an RGA number and return your item in the original packaging (if possible) along with a copy of the original invoice. Please include a brief description of why the return was necessary. Items must be returned in original factory unused condition. Returned items that have been damaged/installed by customer or are otherwise not in factory unused condition will not be eligible for a refund and will be shipped back to customer at customer’s expense. We reserve the right to determine condition.

NOTE: We are not responsible for return freight on returns. Cancelled or refused orders will still be charged for freight. Address changes after the order has shipped/before delivery may incur additional charges.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Bathroom Machineries Warranty Information

95% of our products are supplied to us by a variety of manufacturers.  Please see any paperwork supplied with that item for specific warranty information on that particular item.

Products starting with the numerical Prefix of “86-“have a 1-year Manufacturer’s warranty.

Products starting with the numerical prefix of either “05”,”15”, or “24” have a 1 year warranty.

Restored faucets or restoration work offers a 1 year warranty that covers defects of workmanship only.  We will repair or replace (if possible) the defective part upon inspection and determination of fault.

Our warranty does not extend to labor charges or air freight charges when repair or replacement of the item is needed.

For a warranty to be valid, part MUST have been installed by a licensed, qualified plumber.
