Shipping Claim Procedures

In order for us to file a claim on your behalf, we will need you to take several photos of the damage and the container it arrived in.  Please be ready to e-mail photos after you have phoned in to report damage.  We need the following photos.

#1.  Outside of the box showing any damage.  (if no damage is visible, shoot photos of top and two sides)

#2.  The damaged item itself still in the packaging.  DO NOT remove item from packaging until photo is taken.  BE SURE to show how item is packed (what sort of packing material was used)

#3.  The shipping label on the box showing the tracking number (MUST be legible)

#4.  The box certificate label on bottom of box, see example below.

We need to be notified of any damage within 7 (seven) days of arrival.  If notification has not been made within that time frame, any claims cannot be made.  Please call us at 209-728-2031 A.S.A.P.

Once a claim has been initiated, the shipping company has the right to take possession of the package and all the contents.  You MUST save all the items until you are notified that the claim has been either approved or denied.
