More common Crane pre-WW2 Lavatory stem, fits Oxford, and many other 4″ centerset faucets. Measures 2 1/8″ overall, 5/16″ stem, and just over 5/8″ barrel. Slightly smaller than the 86-071 stem.  Stem comes threaded for 8/32 screws, if using original lever handles and retaining screws, specify 10/28 thread.
