Circa 1937 Crane Drexel faucet and drain assembly.  Faucet and drain have been fully restored.  This set’s a bit unusual, Crane normally supplied the Drexel model sink with their “Securo” waste (drain) assembly, but the sink could be specified with a “traditional” pop-up drain assembly.  That’s what this set is.  For this set to work on your Drexel sink, your sink HAS to not have the flip bail on the top of the sink with a “fork” down inside the overflow assembly.  One only!
