Description
Here we have Brass Key tags that were issued by insurance companies and/or key registration companies in England. Basically, one paid a fee to a company so that if your keys were lost, the finder would turn them in to this company, the company paid a reward to the finder, (somewhere between 1 and 5 pounds), and you got your keys back. These date to the 1920’s. All show some wear, some more than others. All these will have the original owner’s number, name of the registration company, and usually the amount paid. Sold by the each!
