Standard Deck-Mount Widespread Lavy Stem.
This stem is commonly found in widespead lavatory applications from the late 1930’s up through the mid 1950’s. Re-Nu barrel style. If your Standard faucet has metal handles and escutcheons that are very Art Deco, this is probably your stem. 5″ long, 7/16″ stem shank, 22 spline. If your faucet handles turn the same direction when opened, you’ll need two Hot stems. Cold stems will open in the opposite direction, and are normally found only in lever handle applications. BE SURE to measure smooth shank of stem, there is a 3/8″ shank version of this stem #86-614, which will have 20 splines, not 22.
