“Republic” Tub and /or Shower stem.
We’ve special ordered enough of these Republic stems, so we decided to start carrying them. These are 5 3/4″ long, and feature the distinctive 8 point spline that only Republic used. Both the hot and cold sides take the same stem. Stem Shank diameter is 7/16″. These were used up until the mid 1930’s, and then Briggs acquired Republic. Seat sold separately-86-8630.  Made in the USA.
