Redesigned Replacement Faucet for Pre-WW2 Crane Kitchen sinks.
It’s back!
After years of frustration, we have come up with a solution for those who have either a worn-out Crane kitchen faucet, or those who bought that neat old kitchen sink where the faucet holes are all on a 45-degree slant. Our new faucet starts with a set of Union Brass valve bodies featuring quarter turn ceramic cartridges, then we grafted some larger escutcheons onto the bodies, and added Lever handles. We then hook them up to a recast Crane Spout base that we milled to accept a Chicago 12″ long swivel spout. We also supply a hole cover for the extra hole where the sprayer used to mount. Sorry, this faucet only comes without a diverter for sprayer. The faucet will also fit Crane “Kitchen Queen” and many “Sunnyday” sinks. It will not fit the Crane sinks that either have the spout hole on the top flat area above the faucet, or the sinks that used a large plastic plate to hide the faucet. Faucet centers are 11″, Chrome only. Save yourself a kitchen remodel!
Spout has a 14″ height from bottom of sink to spout. It’s perfect for the stockpot!
