This one’s been in a box for the last 25 years or so.  It’s T and S’s model BL-5700-08 which means it has the lab outlet and a vacuum breaker built into the spout.  This faucet only needs one hole in the sink.  Chrome finish, no warranty, sold AS-IS, one only!
