This is the Lavatory drain locknut that Standard made of zinc.  This just wasn’t a good idea.  Ours is chrome plated brass, and fits the above drain.  Sold less 51-WA155 washer set, this locknut measures 1 15/16” across the flats, and stands 7/8” tall.  Why replace that great old sink with something from China?  Fix it today!
