Late 1800s/Early 1900s Wash Out Raised Ornamentation Toilet Bowl
Similar to an “elephant front” style bowl where the water washes out the front of the bowl. One of the hinge holes is filled with plaster but a seat could be “dummy” mounted. This bowl would have been in VERY high-end homes of the time.
