Ifo Cascade toilets were found in higher end environmentally conscious homes during the 1980’s.  This was the first “low flow” toilet imported into the US that actually worked.  Elongated 12″ rough versions, do somewhat function.  One available to rent from Studio Plumbing in North Hollywood.
