Burlington model 20A Long shank Ballcock / Fill valve for toilet.  The threaded shank on this one is 2 5/8 ” long, it’s perfect for those odd applications where the toilet tank is thicker than normal.  This is an anti-syphon valve, and it’ll stand 10″ tall inside the tank.  Supplied with all you see.  Made in the USA.
