Antique Ceramic Tub overflow cover.  Made in Phila, PA, it’s also embossed “Zolleis”.  We’re not sure if this was the maker or plumber.  It was common in the early days of plumbing for plumbers to have their own names on overflow covers.  A quick internet search came up with nothing…
