We’re not sure who made this tank.  Most Close-coupled toilets use two bolts, one on either side of the flush valve.  Eljer and Kohler used a three-bolt configuration.  Kohler is really good about marking their products, Eljer, not so much.  This tank may be an Eljer.  It’s 19 3/4″ wide by 15″ tall and extends out 8 3/4″.  There’s one chip on the lid, but that’s really it.  Sold AS-IS, less internal parts.
