Description

Standard Modernus Toilet set.  The bowl has a date of December 1948 and the tank lid is 1949.  Both parts are in excellent shape with a minor scratch in the rim being the only flaw.  The toilet bowl is a round front and will need to be attached to a 14″ rough in with a 4″ waste line.  This set will NOT work on the 12″ rough of today.  One set only, cannot be sold or shipped to address in California.

Toilet set will be supplied with all internals, flush elbow, closet spud, wax ring, closet bolts and ceramic bolt caps.  Three finishes available.  One set only.
