Description

1936 Standard “Modernus” toilet set.  This unit will come complete, ready to install.  We even went as far as restoring the original flush lever in Chrome.  All tank internal parts, flush elbow, spud, bolts and ceramic bolt caps will be supplied with this set.  Metal finish is chrome.  This particular one is a 14″ rough set.  Condition is excellent for 85 years old, there is a bit of scuffing around the base of the bowl, and that’s really it.  A 4″ waste line and closet flange will be required.
