We’re about 65% certain on the date.  The year is definitely 192 something, after shining lights at about every conceivable angle, we think the last digit is a “6”.  Pill tank toilets were primarily made by Eljer with the octagonal cutout on the face being the most popular.  This tank measures 20″ in diameter and extends out from the wall 8″.  As for condition, this one may be the best we’ve ever run into. Heck, the lid is undamaged (really rare) and it still has its wire retainer!  There is one factory “blackspot” just to the right of the lever and a few chips along the back edge.  The worst chip is on the bottom, so it definitely will be hidden.  See photos of the blemishes in the gallery.

This tank will come with all new internal parts and cast-iron hidden hanger.  We’ve already replated an original flush lever to go with this tank, the one that was on it when it arrived was just too worn to be acceptable.  One only!
