1926 Case brand toilet tank, there are some stains on the lid and a significant chip on the right side back corner of the lid.  See photos in the gallery.  Tank measures 21 3/4″ wide by 17″ tall and extends out from wall 8″.  Supplied in your choice of three finishes.  One only!
