Here’s a rare one!  This is a square-cut rubber 1 3/8″ slip joint washer.  Sold by the each, these were used in antique clawfoot tub drain applications.  ID is 1.30″, OD is 1.47″, they stretch slightly to be snug on 1 3/8″ tube.
