While O-rings will work in this application, they can be tough to fit.  We got tired of having to scrounge though our boxes of rings to find just the right part, so we found an original set of Crane washers and copied them in neoprene rubber.  These washers work great!  If you have a Crane Oxford, Beverly, or Cornate sink made after 1947 that’s dripping from the center of the faucet body under the sink, odds are very high you need these washers.  Sold in sets.
