This kit will convert your 1950’s vintage Standard brand two handle tub shower valve over to a porcelain cross.  For this kit to work, you HAVE to have the 6 side deco escutcheons and metal cross handles existing on your faucet, and the spline count HAS to be 22.  Stem length is 5.31″.  Supplied with everything in the photo.  Imported.
