This faucet and drain came to us on a sink with a hidden crack.  So, we salvaged the faucet and drain assembly and restored them.  The sink was Crane’s “Corwith” model, but this faucet will fit on Crane’s “Nova” sink as well.  Unfortunately, the sink was disposed of before I could get a date, but the spout with this style of trip waste and the semi-gooseneck spout all date it to after 1937 up to 1942.  Stems/seats are new, supplied with our replacement “bridge” kit, and all everything’s been replated in Chrome.  Drain outlet is 1 1/4″, one only, ONLY fits Crane sinks.
