This is an original Standing waste (or Bi-Transit) drain assembly that was commonly found on circa 1910 Lavatory pedestal sinks. This is the type of drain used when there’s no built-in overflow on the sink. This particular one has been fully restored in the original Polished Nickel finish, and is a bit adjustable in both height and waste arm length. For this drain to work on your sink, your sink dimensions MUST match the listed ones.
