1955 Briggs (mostly) Gray Toilet
Okay, here’s the deal. As you can imagine, occasionally accidents happen around here. When working with porcelain, all it takes is one little slip, and something priceless gets broken. That’s what happened here. We got this nice gray Briggs toilet in and while it was getting cleaned, the lid got dropped. As you can imagine, finding a colored lid to match is like finding a needle in a haystack. Well, two years later, what showed up but a gray Norris Thermador tank only, and the lid actually fit and is very close to being a color match. It is slightly lighter. This toilet still have the original bolt caps, but one was cracked and then glued by previous owner. 12” rough, 3” flange. Seat sold separately, close colors are available from Bemis.
