Late 1930’s Standard “Ivorie de Medici” Bath Suite
This set is
completely original! The toilet dates to 1935 and the sink is a ‘37. The sink is set up to be a console sink, and comes with the original legs. The chrome on
the original faucets is in decent shape for being over 70 years old, but there are some spots where the base metal (brass) is showing through. The faucet will be completely
rebuilt, and ready to install. While the toilet does have a couple of scrapes, and one chip around one of the seat holes, it’s in decent shape for it’s age, and
the color is rare. The toilet is a Modernus, and will come complete with flush and fill valves, chrome lever, wax ring, and chrome flush ell.
The sink measures
24” wide by 20” deep, and stands 31” tall (normal for those days). The toilet is a 14” rough, and HAS to be on a 4” waste flange. Again,
these were the “normal” dimensions in the 1930’s so if you are planning on installing this suite into a newer home, you’d better be talking to your plumber
before the put in the drain lines..... Ready to own a period 1930’s deco suite?
We’re going to offer this set with a couple options. You can either
purchase it with the chrome finish on the sink in original finish, or replated. Please note, this set must be shipped truck freight. Crating and foam charges will
apply, so the total reflected by the shopping cart will be incorrect. Give us a call, and we’ll work up a quote for the whole thing....

1951 Crane Drexel Console Sink
Does not get better! We had the matching toilet
until we discovered the crack... :( Comes with original legs, and is completely rebuilt, ready to install. Sink measures 18” by 22”, color is Crane’s

1955 Briggs Close-Coupled Toilet
Tough color to find! 12” rough-in, will
be supplied with all internal parts and matching bolt caps. Colored seats are available from Bemis Manufacturing. There
are a couple of chips around one of the toilet bolt holes, they will be hidden once a seat is on the bowl.

1956 “Standard Cadet” Close-Coupled Toilet
The color of this toilet
we’re calling “Desert Tan” It does have a touch of pink in it, but definitely tends to the brown hues. 12” rough, excellent condition, will be
supplied with all new internal parts. A close match in color seat will be available from Bemis Manufacturing. We
haven’t acquired a matching sink yet, but we’re working on it!

1958 Standard Cast Iron Wall-hung Sink
Long discontinued Ming Green color, sink does
have many rice-grain sized chips throughout. Drain activator has issues, (jammed) so probably best for replacing a similar sink that’s rotted out. Measures
17” by 19”. Sold AS-IS!!!!!
