International Orders

Bathroom Machineries can ship your order to any place on the globe. Please read the following important information regarding international and overseas orders:

Important Notice for our customers ordering from outside the 48 contiguous United States.  Please read before ordering online.

The UPS shipping amounts indicated by our online shopping cart are accurate for orders within the 48 contiguous United States only.  Shipping for overseas and international orders will cost more and can be subject to tariffs, duties, and other fees.

Placing your order online will limit your shipping option to UPS, which does not include the additional fees charged by the destination country.  You can also e-mail your order to info@deabath.com to request a freight estimate via the Mail. 

2.) Substantial Duties, Tariffs, and other fees may be charged by your government before you are allowed to receive your order. Bathroom Machineries has no control over these additional fees and cannot collect or estimate them. If the customer accepts the merchandise but refuses to pay the duties and/or tariffs the additional amount due reverts back to Bathroom Machineries.   If this occurs, Bathroom Machineries will charge this additional sum to your account.

If you select the UPS shipping option, we suggest contacting local customs officials, postal officials, or an import brokerage company to determine how the collection of additional import fees or taxes are handled in your area.  The entity delivering your order may not be able to deliver the order directly to your door until arrangements to pay any additional fees are made in advance with the delivery company. Any duties, taxes, fees or tariffs charged are the responsibility of the receiving party and are NOT refundable should the merchandise be returned.

3.) We prefer to ship international orders via the UPS using  Express Freight 3-5 day service. Items too large to ship via UPS must be shipped via truck, sea or air freight. Additional crating fees may apply.  Please Note: Air carriers will not ship antique items. Large antique items must be sent by truck (Canada and Mexico), or via ship. (Overseas).

4.) We can only accept the following forms of payment for international orders:
Mastercard, Visa, or Discover. (Sorry, no checks or money orders.) You can also FAX your order to 209-728-2320. 

5.)  We do request that a $100 US dollar minimum order be placed.  With all the extra handling and paperwork now required, we can no longer process orders under $100.

6.) Please allow additional time for your order to arrive. Shipping times, even on “guaranteed” service such as UPS expedited services do not take into account any time spent in customs.  Most of our international customers receive their orders in 4 to 10 days and pay anywhere from 5% to 20% tax upon receiving their order.
