Reducing Tailpiece for Crane Bathroom Sinks Crane used an oddball tailpiece on many of their wall-hung and pedestal sinks. It’s actually a
reducing tailpiece, necking the 1 1/2’ fine thread outlet down to 1 1/4”. This part was commonly used from 1915 or so until the early
1970’s. It mates to the above 86-630 nut. Measures 7 3/4” long, 17 gauge.
